We’ve booked with you before. What changes?
The session itself is exactly the same one you already love. What changes is everything around it: a spot held for you at every date, the full calendar open months ahead, no deposit and no balance to pay when you book, and reminders so it never sneaks up on you.
What if we don’t use a session that year?
It rolls over. Unused sessions stay on your account for as long as you’re a member, so you can use two next year or save one for a sibling. Nothing expires while your membership is active.
How many sessions should we pick?
One session covers 1 or 2 kids, so most families pick one a year. Pick two if you want each child photographed on their own, or if you’d rather catch them twice, once in spring and once before the holidays. Need three or four? Change the quantity at checkout.
How does booking work?
You sign in and the calendar is there. Pick your weekend and your 15-minute time, months ahead if you like. Member spots open 48 hours before any date goes public, and your membership already covers the session, so there’s nothing to pay at booking. Change or move your time whenever you need to.
Will my price go up?
No. Session prices rise over time, but your member price is locked for as long as your membership stays active.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the link in your receipt or by emailing us. Nothing more is charged, and any session you’ve already paid for stays yours to use for 12 months. You keep every image you’ve ever received.
Which cities does it work in?
All of them. Your sessions are good at any Personality Pop-Up, wherever we are. At checkout we ask which city you usually see us in, so we can tell you first when those dates open. See where we go →
