We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our website, join a waitlist, or book a photography session.
1. Information We Collect
When you join a waitlist, book a session, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, mobile phone number, city of interest, and details related to your booking (such as your child's age, questionnaire answers, signed agreements, and payment records). We do not store full payment card numbers; payments are processed by our payment processor. We also collect non-personal information such as IP address and browsing behavior through cookies and similar tracking technologies.
2. How We Collect Information
Directly from you (booking forms, waitlist forms, contact forms, and online advertisements) and automatically through cookies and analytics tools when you use our website.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate waitlists, schedule and deliver photography sessions, process payments, deliver galleries, respond to inquiries, improve our services, measure advertising performance, and — only with your separate, explicit consent — send you text messages and emails about session availability in your city. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
4. Text Messaging (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box on our waitlist or booking forms, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (e.g., new session date announcements and open-spot alerts for your city) from Personality Pop-Up™ / Creative Volition, Inc. at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and HELP for help. We keep a record of when and where you gave consent, and we honor opt-outs immediately.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with, or sold to, anyone. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services (e.g., our messaging platform) solely as necessary to deliver messages to you.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business — payment processing, booking, messaging and email delivery, analytics, advertising platforms, and hosting/database providers — and only as needed to provide those services.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, and measure advertising performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Your Rights and Choices

We retain booking, consent, and messaging records as needed to operate the business and meet legal obligations (including records of SMS consent and opt-out). We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are purchased by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Photographs of minors are taken only under an agreement with a parent or guardian.
